Account Responsibility
When a property owner signs a service contract, he/she agrees to be responsible for any inventory provided for service. It reads as follows:
*Item 1 'The property owner(s)
agree(s) to be responsible for damages to the water meters.' Therefore, in accordance with
the signed service contract, the property owner of the address noted above, is being assessed
the costs of a missing or damaged meter.
You are responsible for meter(s) and mtu(s) that are provided to you. If the equipment
is stolen or damaged your account will be charged accordingly.
Damaged or Missing Inventory Charges
Charges for damaged or missing equipment can change without notice.
Damaged or missing meter charge is determined by meter size.
Damaged or missing mtu charge is determined by meter size.
