Account Balance Instructions

Balances will not reflect any payments made today. Bills created today will not be
available to view until the following day.

Account#
      Account number is displayed.

Name
      Owner name is displayed.

Service Address
     Account service address is displayed.

Select Acct No To View Bill
     Mouse click the account number to view bills available.
     List of bills availabe will be displayed.

Service Address
     Service address is displayed.

Last Bill Date
     Date of last bill sent. Does not display any bills which were created and
     sent out today.

Date Due
     Last bill amt displayed.

Select Balance To Pay
     Select balance of account you wish to make a payment on electronically.

RETURN
     Retrun to previous display.
