Master Balances Instructions

Balances will not reflect any payments made today.
Bills created today will not be available to view till next working day.

    Account#
        Master account number is displayed.

    Name
        Owner name is displayed.

    Service Address
        Master account service address is displayed.

   Select Acct No To View Bill
        Mouse click the account number to view bills available.
        List of bills availabe bills will be displayed.

    Status
        Status of account is displayed.

    Service Address
        Service address is displayed.

    Last Bill Date
        Date of last bill sent. Does not display any bills which were created and sent out today.

    Last Bill Amt
        Last bill amt displayed.

    Date Due
        Last bill amt displayed.

    Bill Type
        Last bill type. We send out regular, delinquent, finals and delinquent final bills.

    Select Balance To Pay
        Select balance of account you wish to make a payment on electronically.

    RETURN
        Retrun to previous display.

    PRINT MASTER BILLS
        Displays a list of master bills available to view.
