Master Payment Instructions
Master Account
Displayed only when a master account is making a payment on one of his properties.
If a tenant makes a payment it will not be displayed.
Account
Property account number.
Name
The name of the owner or the person responsible for the property.
Service Address
The service property address.
Last Bill Sent
The date of the last bill. If a bill was created today it will not appear until tomorrow.
Bill Due
The due date of last bill.
Balance
Balance due for the service property.
Form Help
Mouse click to display the help in filling out the form.
Person Filling out Form
Please enter the name of the person making the payment.
Phone
Please enter a valid phone number. Payment will not be saved unless you enter the phone number.
E Mail
Please enter a valid e-mail address.
Name as appears on Check/Savings Acct
The name on the checking account or savings account you are making payment with.
Type of Account
You can make a payment from a savings or checking account.
The type of account you are using. Can be checking or savings.
Bank Name
The name of bank.
Bank Routing Number
The routing number of the bank.
Bank Account Number
Your banking account number.
Amount Paid
The amount you are paying.
Deducted on:
The current date.
If the date is a Saturday,Sunday, bank holiday, or City of Canton Holiday
the payment will not be processed until the next working day..
SUBMIT
Save data entered.
CANCEL
Return to last display form.
Notes:
1. The balance displayed will not reflect any unprocessed payments made today.
Payments are processed the next working day.
2. If your water has been turned off you must contact the Canton City Utilities offices at 330-649-8100.
Making a payment electronically will not get your water turned back on. A turn-on fee is required.
3. A payment made electronically may not avoid any collection activity in progress on your account.
